DIGBY & NELSON
We are a small family firm originally founded by George Nelson Emmet in 1947. George's daughter, Primrose Stobbs, is the Managing Director.
Our plastic model has seen many improvements over the years before the alternative stainless-steel model was developed. Sales grew throught the UK with cheese cutters stocked in most supermarkets as well as expanding throughout the World, including United States, Europe and Australia.

The stainless steel patented floating wire (60cm) slices smoothly through all type of cheese and returns to cutting position after each cut.
